The program is FREE to participants
Program participants should expect to commit to monthly meetings for a full year beginning in January 2017. Participants will undergo a wellness assessment and receive a free fitness tracker and exercise bands.
Session topics include:
- Stress management
- Financial Management
- Stress inventory
- Diabetes education
- Emotional education
- A variety of health and wellness issues
Through education and support, we commit to enhancing the lives of our community members. We will accomplish this by helping each individual improve their own level of wellness.
