If you're looking for speed, agility, power and strength, the Athletic Republic program at St. Francis Rehab and Sports Medicine delivers. We offer training programs for all ages, interests and skill levels. We offer are series of supervised training protocols and sport-specific exercises designed to safely enhance physical performance.
Our programs specifically target:
- Acceleration and sprint speed
- Agility and balance
- Power and quickness
- Strength and stamina
- Neuromuscular coordination
Administered by specially trained physical therapists and athletic trainers, our programs also benefits athletes who have suffered an injury. The St. Francis Acceleration program is often the next step following traditional physical therapy.
The St. Francis Acceleration program is located on the lower level of St. Francis Hospital. We have a super treadmill, a hitting and throwing area, plyometric stations and other specialized equipment in our 2,300 square-foot facility.

Certified Athletic Trainer / Licensed Athletic Trainer
Lead Athletic Trainer
Erin is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska. She graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training from Morningside College in 1999.
Erin is a familiar face in the St. Francis Acceleration gym. She has received training at the
Frappier Acceleration Sports Training site in Fargo, North Dakota in administration of the Acceleration protocols. Erin came to St. Francis from Coffeyville Junior College where she was head women's softball coach and assistant athletic trainer. Erin puts her athletic training skills to use as an outreach athletic trainer providing school/game coverage and triage/treatment of acute athletic injuries.

Monty is originally from Grant City, Missouri. He graduated from Worth County R-III High School. Monty earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary education with a minor in coaching from Northwest Missouri State University in 2003.
Monty is a familiar face in the St. Francis Acceleration gym. He has received training at the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training site in Fargo, North Dakota in administration of the Acceleration protocols.
