Jackie Ross, RN, BSN
Jackie Ross, RN, BSN has been a registered nurse for 41 years. She received her A.D.N. from Iowa Central community College in 1975 and her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Northwest Missouri State University in 2015. She has been certified by the National Exercise Trainer's Association as a Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer for 12 years. Jackie has a passion for all around wellness, fitness and disease prevention and is dedicated to educating the community on health care issues.
She will act as the program coordinator, and will be conducting health interviews, biometric testing while providing education and support to participants.
Julie Livengood, RD, LD
Julie Livengood is a Registered Dietitian with SSM Health St. Francis Hospital. Julie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods & Nutrition from Northwest Missouri State University. After working in public health for seven years, Julie was one of four chosen to attend the Missouri Department of Health Dietetic Internship. She is registered nationally with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in Missouri. Julie has worked in the area of nutrition since 1998, including clinical nutrition, public health, foodservice, education, and counseling.
Julie is dedicated to bringing nutritional health and healing to patients. Providing an empowering environment is Julie's priority; one that erases the concept of dieting and encompasses nourishment and mindfulness as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Martha Mustion, FNP-C
Martha Mustion, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner with SSM Health Medical Group. She received her BSN from Missouri State University and her Master's Degree in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialty from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1999. With 16 years of ICU nursing experience and 17 years of practice as a Family Nurse practitioner, she is well versed at treating the "whole person" and not just the symptoms.
Martha started the Healthy Lifestyles Weight Management Program at St. Francis in 2012 and has seen many people improve their overall health and wellness (including weight) and knows you can be successful at weight loss with diet and exercise.
She will be conducting the MedGem resting metabolic rate testing and assisting with counseling of participants to help you understand your individual metabolic nutritional and activity needs.
